What we collect
When you send a booking request or contact us, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address and phone number, your travel dates, number of guests, apartment preference, and (if you ask for airport pickup) your flight number and arrival time.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request, confirm availability and your rate, and arrange your stay and any airport pickup. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
Where it is kept
Your request is stored securely in the website administration area and emailed to the Holy Apartments team. We keep it for as long as needed to manage your booking and our records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics are switched on, they are used only to understand how the site is used.
