Before you send your request
When do I pay for my stay?
You pay the full amount before you arrive or on arrival. Sending a booking request does not require any payment.
How can I pay at Holy Apartments?
You can pay by mobile money (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money), bank transfer or card. We send the payment details when we confirm your booking.
How do I book?
Send a booking request on the Book page with your dates, number of guests, apartment type and any airport pickup details, or contact us directly. We reply to confirm availability and the rate.
How much does airport pickup cost?
Airport pickup is a paid service. We confirm the price when we confirm your booking, so you know it before you fly.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime, including late at night. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Can I book for a longer stay?
Yes. Tell us your dates when you send a booking request, whether that is one night or several weeks, and we will confirm availability and the rate with you directly.
